1 Contact us either by email or call us so we can discuss your requirements in full detail.

   

2 We will discuss your exact requirements and explain a little bit more about how our system works you will have the opportunity to ask any questions or air any concerns you may have about the deal.

    

3 When you are comfortable with the deal we are offering, we will take a £200 deposit from you - this money will be transferred to Japan and is primarily used to show your commitment to the deal.

   

4 Once a deposit has been received we will access our auction databases daily looking for the exact car you have specified. With over 200,000 to choose from every week it really is just a matter of waiting for a match to come up - on average it takes a few weeks to find the exact car you are looking for, but we have been known to purchase cars within 6 hours of receiving a deposit - it really is the luck of draw, we cannot determine what cars will be at auction.

    

5 Once a match has been found, all of the pictures and the condition report will be emailed to you we will also telephone you to confirm that an email has been sent. You then have a short time to look at the pictures and discuss with us on the phone whether or not you would like to proceed and put in a bid on a certain vehicle - with the more popular makes and models, you may have 3 or 4 to choose from every night.

   

6 When you have decided which car you would like to bid on we will contact a member of our team in Japan who will go and fully inspect the vehicle of your choice. If it is up to our strict quality control checks then we will place a bid on the car you have chosen.

   

7 Hopefully, we will be successful - if we are the car will be transported to our stockyard in Japan At this point we ask you for 50% of the purchase price, this money will then be transferred to Japan. The car will then be loaded onto the next available boat, bound for the UK. Now its sit back and wait time 4 to 6 weeks depending on the type of boat and sea conditions. If we are not successful then we will try again the following night, and so on until we buy the exact car you want.

 

8 The boats call into various ports around Europe and the UK - we use Newcastle and Liverpool. Once in the UK your car will be cleared from customs, and all the necessary paperwork taken care of - import duty will be paid, VAT will be paid. The vehicle will be taken to our holding yard near York

  

9 As soon as the car arrives in England. Your car will be test driven by ourselves, and a fault list made, then given to one of our approved garages to be fully inspected, repaired and serviced.

    

10 At this point you are more than welcome to come and view your new car. Then we have to MOT and SVA the Vehicle.

  

11 We will give you a call and you can come and test-drive your new car. At this point we ask for the remaining payment (normally 50%) - if for whatever reason it doesn't match to our agreement on the pre order invoice then you are entitled to a full refund. We give you options of having an alarm fitted. The vehicle is now ready for your collection.
