Shipping
Delivery charges are separate to the actual price of the goods ordered. Some items may be featured post free due to a promotion. Usual delivery times are between one to seven working days for UK mainland orders processed before 1pm. Most goods are usually dispatched same or next day on a first class delivery service.
If there are items which are out of stock, we will contact you to sort out the best possible solution for availability & delivery.
Delivery charge range, varies on the weight and value of the goods ordered. The delivery charge can be viewed in the checkout page prior to making payment. The best way to check the delivery cost for an order is to add the products into your basket and follow to the next stages where the total cost of delivery is shown.
If it is required for goods to be re-dispatched due to there return to DCY Europe for reasons such as failed delivery or you will incur a second delivery charge.
At this time, we are currently only shipping to billing addresses. If you are a return customer, and need to ship to another address, please e-mail us and we will make arrangements.

We deliver to the UK, which includes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore Channel Islands.
Note that the Channel Islands: Alderney, Guernsey, Herm, Jersey & Sark attract zero VAT on both the goods and delivery. This is due to the Channel Islands being outside the EU.
We deliver to international destinations subject to cleared funds via bank transfer. For a quote on delivery charges to your destination, contact us via the contact link above. Include the products you wish to purchase along with your full delivery address.
All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5% (VAT is not charged for Channel Islands and outside the EU)

Damaged Goods and Shortfalls
Upon receipt of the goods, any damages or shortfall noticed must be reported immediately by telephone or email. Claims must be made within three working days of receiving the goods. (and time shall be of the essence).
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must note this on the carrier’s delivery schedule. It is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortages.
Damaged goods claims will be processed by the Seller (us) within 5 working days of first notification, as will shortfalls in the order.
All goods are checked before being dispatched to customers. If an item is missing from your order, and you have not been informed that this item is to follow, you must inform the seller immediately. We will not be responsible for loss of items due to negligent of these conditions. Missing items or items to follow will NOT incur an extra delivery charge.
Returns
A restocking charge will be made to all returns without a fault awaiting refund of money. The restocking charge will be 30% of the original VAT inclusive invoice total of goods being refunded. Delivery cost will not be refunded.
DCY Europe is unable to refund for goods that have been removed from their original packaging or any item that is not in its original condition (is damaged or used). It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the correct goods have been received before unwrapping goods supplied by the seller.
All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them, and must be returned within 7 working days. Returned goods received after 7 working days or that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer.
All returns must be sent back to the Seller by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt of the goods at the Sellers warehouse or reception.
